Ready to jam? Students will embark on a musical adventure as they explore the awesome families of instruments—brass, percussion, strings, and woodwinds—and discover how each one makes its unique sound. Using everyday household items, they’ll experiment with creating their own instrumental sounds and even design a one-of-a-kind instrument from scratch!
But that’s not all! With a mix of circuitry, acoustical engineering, and a dash of game design, students will dive into the world of tech-powered music. They’ll wire up circuit boards, play with conductive materials, and bring their inventions to life in a fun, creative, and collaborative environment. Who knows? The next great musical inventor could be in the room!
