This summer have your child think about the community and the world issues. We want to bring awareness of a myriad of problems in the world to the forefront and ask the question:

HOW CAN WE IMPROVE?

Each week, we pose a real-world issue. Students will focus on this issue throughout the week by reading on the ramification the issue has on the community, society or world. They will construct a theory on how to solve the problem. And using STEAM-related concepts, students will engineer their solution. Not every student will come up with the same solution. Thinking about a problem like everyone else will not lead to any breakthroughs. We support different perspectives and encourage debate on opposing views. In order to be discerning citizens, students need to be able to recognize poor arguments.

We want to build a community of kids who want to make an impact in the world. We want to foster exceptional ability as the future belongs to those who dare to think differently and solve problems in novel ways. It belongs to those who make wise decisions and lead with kindness.

And this is just the beginning…
